Archer Build?

hey guys, skullcrusher here and i have just recently finished lvling up my bird to 71! woot
i havent really done much pvp until now, but whenever i try i always die.
can anyone suggest a good build for a lvl 71 archer full dex using a lvl71 flying talon?

i honestly dont know, but he is my older brother....and i've seen many other ppl give accounts and if u go to balefort town tons of ppl are trading/selling accounts. imma have to check if it is against ToS

Meditate to lvl 9 (gives hidden 50 dmg buff)
Avian Scream to lvl 9 (gives hidden 50 armor buff)

Those two are ur main buffs. Rest are up to u.

I don't recommend putting points for Blast Shot. It has a hidden debuff of 100 dmg and 100 armor.
