Login to AL rather than create new account?

Hi,

My daughter and I both faced this issue. We played a lot of PL some time ago, and have been playing AL lately. When we created characters in AL, we played for a while, then went to register. We try to go through the 'Create account with email' process, but get an error that the account already exists. There isn't an option to login to an existing account.

... Actually, somehow my daughter just got a login on the main screen, but then the problem is that she logged in, but the character she'd been playing was gone.

Is there any way to get the login screen and link to the existing character?
