Can buffs/debuffs stack?

I want to ask all of you can buffs / debuffs stack? you all would facepalm after seeing what I am asking. But I am talking about same types of buffs,debuffs like a rogue casts smoke bomb and another also does the same.Can both buffs stack? A warrior casts axe throw which lowers enemy armor ,another warrior also does the same. you have three ribbits in party all three uses their arcane ability the same time.40+40+40=120%crit chance. possible?

Answer is yes. However, keep in mind for Ribbit, the buff only applies to the single player standing closest to him, not to the whole group. So all 3 ribbits would have to be in the same place. But for the other pets, most of which have buffs that apply to the entire group, the answer is yes.

So you can have 4 Rogues in a Group with Shadow Veil and +80% Armor / +60% Damage? crazy

I dont think veil stacks, like wise koko arcane ability wont stack, others i m not sure

Lesmi is right. Veil does not stack. I'm a rogue since L16 cap and I've tried it 50+ times. It would be mega op if they stacked.

Think it is really just a question of individual skills. General trend I've been seeing seems to be that single target skills stack more often than aoe, but with these things...
