Klaas is a scammer

I agree with other people that it's far too easy to accidentally click and buy a chest with plat. I did it. But what's worse is that the next time, when I got the alert that he had a free chest ready, I went to pick it up and he never gave me anything. Klaas is a scammer and should be banned!

Note: It actually said “Klaas gave you a Treasure Chest!” in the chat window, but it never showed what the item was, and there is no new item in my inventory, and I have no elixir icons showing.

If the chest pops up to show you what your getting and you tap the screen/click, it goes away but you still get it. Happens to me all the time. He's not a scammer.

I have actually had a couple of cases where Klass didn't give me anything.

Not a big deal considering it is a freebie - most of the times I get something (even if it is only 5 HP Pots and 5 Mana Pots), once in a while, I get nothing.

Somehow, I think that if you already have an elixir active, and Klass rolls the same elixir as your reward, you end up getting nothing. I can't say this is definitively the case, but just something that I suspect.

In all seriousness, Klaas and Shazbot have always reacted inconsistently regarding whether the timer starts automatically or if you have to start it yourself. This could easily result in mis-clicks and accidental purchases. If the devs could find the time to provide some additional training for these awesome allies, that would rock. hard.

Trust me, you can skip the slow reward animation but it still adds the item to ur account (sadly after u skip it don't tell u what item u got). It may be potions or story/hauntlet token or elixirs or eggs.

That's happened to me a couple times. I thought it was from stale collections, but I guess it was just a coincidence as others said they got it even thought they collected as soon as it was ready.

it would be nice if they continue to add another Ally with each cap that they make them have a bit more focus.
Since pets should be a bit more rare and more exciting to get I was thinking the following

Klaas - gives common/epic elixirs and rare pets - 24 hr cool-down
Shazbot - gives story/hauntlet coins or potions (25-50 - 8 hour cool-down
New Ally (26 cap) - gives common chance for copper chest, epic chance for silver chest, rare chance for golden chest - 12 hr cool-down

future ally:
could be like class but with a new set of pets - 24 hr
could be variable potion packs (25-75 packs) + chance at vanity armor sets - 48 hr

Klaas is already giving you free items. Don't whine. Unless he stole plats from you in which he got you confused with the button by misclicking it, Klaas should be fed to Hammerjaw.
