Mostly aryan races have that kind of proportion in their genes ( i m not racist but it is confirmed..just like natural blonds and gingers) . even if u r 6 feet+ and have bad proportion u will look like 5'7 If you have good proportion but u are 5'10 you will look like 6'2. I am 5'6 still growing and awesome proportions. I am going to reach 5'9/5'10/5'11 depending on diet and exercise. Here is an example of a bollywood actor---
