Crate opening / Platinium Issue

I'm down to my last 15 plat and I have one last crate to open.

When I try to open it there's a popup saying : You need 15 platinium to open this chest and you only have 15.

It won't let me open it. Thanks!

For the record I completed a free offer for one plat and I could open it after I had 16 plat.
