If anyone plays PL on chrome (like me), then they'll know that if you switch to another tab then after awhile PL will kick you off. Apparently (not totally sure), you can stay on another tab for as long as you want and you won't get kicked off.

Is this now true? Or is my computer just being silly?

This is great because you don't have to log back in every time you switch tabs.

For me, if I stay on another tab long enough, I get kicked off, at least that was the case last I checked

i havent done tht.. i played minecraft while pl was running and i didnt get kicked

Thats what happens to me

If on another chrome tab in same window, yes. If on another application separate from chrome, no. Not sure what happens if in another separate chrome window. I think it has to do with PL app being declared "in the background" if it's not the front tab for a while.

dont open a new tab, open a new window. it seems to last longer on a new window then a new tab
