Hey guys, a few clarifications and answers to your questions:
Capture the Flag is still in testing. If a big bug turns up, it may slide to next week. Otherwise, look for it on Friday, January 18th. I'll keep you posted.
Regarding Free Respecs, I'll bring it up with the team.
Entrance to play Capture the Flag, once it is put into the game, will be free.
I originally posted that CTF would be 3v3. I was mistaken and it will be 4v4.
Will there be skill changes at all? Or will Mage vs Mage first who freezes wins?
Is it 3v3 or 4v4?

We will be posting more details about how skills work in a PvP map. Skills won't function the same as they do in a PvE map.
For example, all roots become snares. Stuns, knockdowns, etc. have lesser duration so they are not overpowered. Damage and heal values are also tweaked for balance. We will be looking forward to player feedback of the initial release to further dial in balance.

It is currently set up as 1 group against another, so 4 vs 4. That may still change, depending on internal development playtesting.
