About 3 hours in photoshop. I lost track of time during rendering, so it's give or take.

I wanted to make it look traditional, and not photorealistic and generic, so I mainly used my favorite texture brush with a type of charcoal grain. I think I did good achieving the look I wanted, so I'm pretty happy with it
