New Items for level 25-26

Up until now there are only items with 3 stats. I am hoping to see new types of items in the 2nd cap increase patch with 4 stats. My suggestions are as follows for Elite gear

items with all 3 stats and 1 bonus stats (e.g. lvl 25 elite item)
30 Int, 15 str, 8 dex, 2.34% dodge, 2.01% crit, X +armor, or X +dam (where the int/str/dex could be any mix maybe 30s:15i:10d etc.)

items with 2 stats and 2 bonus stats (e.g. lvl 25 elite item)
30 Str, 15 dex/int, and 2 of [ dodge, crit, damage, armor] (where the int/str/dex could be any mix)

I think it would be nice to mix in some dex for other classes and be able to help balance out all 3 classes by boost some of each of the 3 stats, instead of focusing on just 2.

Overpowered. Majorly unbalance pvp.

PL has items with 5-6 stats on them, why not 4. I'm not saying make it be +31 to all 3 stats. Plus it may help to balance pvp some by giving people a little extra hp/mp to classes that STR isn't the main stat.
