Capture the Flag goals are glitchy

My warrior (Koors) has 12 kills but has not received the 10 kill achievement or Duelist title.

My rogue (Serancha) didn't get her one flag achievement until logging off and back on again, but that didn't work for this. She has 21 kills and does not have her 10 kill achievement or title either.

Not a big deal, but this may be a glitch.

Force closing the app works, but only for one character at a time, I had to force close and relog twice to get the achievement for both characters. This is definitely buggy.
