Seriously, up ur lv to 20-21, it just takes you 2-3 hours more. Don't waste any money or plat at lv 16.

...i just made a pro sorceror... well the gear part. watch rifle has the most DMG for sorceror at 15-16 better for spells allowing quicker killing. add my sorceror, SUSPENSE look forward to pvping lilbless
