Items:artisan leather(depends on your level),forgotten bow,dps+armor ring,level 10 platinum pack helmet(dex)if don't have plat then buy a lvl5 purple one

Level10:lvl6 rage,lvl2 stomp,lvl1 sms
Level11:lvl6 rage,lvl3 stomp,lvl1sms
Level12:lvl6 rage,lvl4 stomp,lvl1 sms
Level13:lvl6 rage,lvl5 stomp,lvl1sms
Level14:lvl6 rage,lvl5 stomp,lvl2sms
Level15:lvl6 rage,lvl6 stomp,lvl1 sms,lvl1 slash
Level16:lvl6 rage,lvl2 ib,lvl6 stomp,lvl1sms

Birds:birds armors varies from levels for example lvl10-16 bird wear artisan or expert(whatever u like)lvl17-20wear armsman for weapon I prefer forgotten bow,%hit chance is very good I pick so I have less chances to miss a skill(bird use many skills and kiting),helmet same with,bears
Skills:
Level10-14not a good level for pvp birds so no need to make
Level15:lvl6 evasion,lvl5 focus,lvl1 root,lvl1 shattering,lvl1 blast
Level16:lvl6 focus,lvl6 evasion,lvl1 shattering,lvl1 blast,lvl1 break
Level18:lvl6 evasion,lvl3 focus,lvl1 shattering,lvl1 blast,lvl1 root,lvl1 repulse,lvl4 break
Level20:lvl6 focus,lvl3 evasion,lvl1 shattering,lvl1 blast,lvl1 repulse,lvl1 root(any root),lvl2 other root,lvl4 break

Mages:
Items:mages have variety of items (depends of your opponent)
If your opponent is a bear u use monkey paw,if is a mage u use forgotten bow,if is bird u try to kite him with forgotten bow or chunker,for armor u use artisan or expert,ring I prefer the dps+armor or dps+grit%,for helmet same with others
Skills:
Level15:lvl3 heal,lvl5 fire,lvl2 lightning,lvl3 drain,lvl1 frost
Sorry guys and girls don't know more levels on mages moons use I can help with level22 one so:
Level22:lvl6 both buffs,lvl3 fire,lvl3 lightning,lvl1 frost,lvl2 mana shield

Lv 22 mage no drain? A good build would be 6BoM 5fire 4drain 3light 1frost 1MS 1heal. You don't make such a buff like BoV maxed out since your job is to nuke not tank, the only use you can get from it is the 25hp for 120sec and it should only have 1 point in case you consider it on your build.

when i used that build on mage lvl22 was op build long time to play with lvl22(deleted when i wanted to lvl up 30 and my kdr fallen down)idk if better builds came up(played mage lvl22 5-6months ago)
