Missing quest in Forest Haven

So, have made a second character for PL, and she is missing one quest in Forest Haven. Which annoys me most - my first managed to complete all 14. I guess it is one of those very early quest, maybe from Gobi which I did not take. I went back and found Meathead, but where can I find the quest givers?

Did you do the blessings quest? That's one that gets missed often. It's from an NPC that's inside one of the maps, I believe.

Might have another wander through, could be that's the one. Or Gibo, was looking for him, but could not find him.

Does the quest helper says :
Talk to Sherrif in towne. ? Even if he does not give quests ?
If yes , go to the last , 5th map of Forest Haven .

Just got a note to go to the quest, and finished it, looks like if you don't finish one you might get the option to do so later. Npo xp, but at least box ticked. Very happy.
