rouge pvp

Been doin some pvp im not the best but feel im pretty good, I have a question though if anyone will help, what is a good pure pvp setup? Skilks and stats, any help works, either pm me or write here also how should you start your attacks! Ty

Id usually go for max Aimed shot, 3 on razor shield, max agi passive (adds 25 dex), 3 on razor and 2 on veil.
