PVE Build?

Im new to this game,i would like any tips on how to build a good PVE Build Archer,im Bird FULL DEX,i read that dex is the overall general opinion on best stat for archer.But what about skills,What to get and what to max for PVE?

Focus 5
Blast Shot 5
Evasion 5
Break Armor 5
Repulse Shot 5
Shattering Scream 5

Thorn Wall - idk how many should goes into this. but its very helpful to do combo(Nature Strike) with Enchantress(Lightning) and for your own combo(Cruel Blast = Thorn + Blast shot)

Meditation & Restore - depends alot on ur endgame items. if ur gonna use isis and thoth. i think u dont have to add any into these
