They're Back!?

Hey all, i have recently noticed three things
A) Lvl 2 sai had dropped tremendously
B) Lvl 2 sai has been more common
C) I got a drop of a lvl 2 sai!!!!
D) They are back on purpose? They used to be the coolest because they were discontinued! Now they are trash, like any other thing, this made me sad ;(

Any comments?
