So, I recently upgraded my weapon to a staff that does something called "Dark Pact". I know what it does, but my charge attack with this staff is doing damage the same as my non-charge attack. Is this a bug, or is this the way it's supposed to be?

So, I recently upgraded my weapon to a staff that does something called "Dark Pact". I know what it does, but my charge attack with this staff is doing damage the same as my non-charge attack. Is this a bug, or is this the way it's supposed to be?
Normally the charge attack has an advantage. In this case it is prob. because it hits more than one target or that the proc is only activated when charged.
Also I'm not sure this is a bug, but........ It's all right.
Normally I go aroun annihilating things with my charge attack. Not anymore...
