Need Fox Guide

I need a level by level fox guide, I wanna go for high damage and survivability. Would like to mix a little to all stats but keep it dex based with high enough str for armor, etc and high enough int for skill usage. So level by level help would be great, please include what stats to take each level and what skill to take.

If you could also help me figure out where to find decent gear for this kind of character

Was also debating a bird with daggers, I think birds look cooler honestly, what do you guys think? Would the hybrid bird with daggers still work or am I better off with fox?

Got to level 10, been going 2STR/3DEX per level up, plan to stop with str at 160 and rest dex, good idea?

I have a level 70, pure dex fox... that seems to be working quite well.... Its hard to solo areas though... And pvp is also alittle complex... But if you work the combos and stun right, your quite potent..
