So I'm off PL for one day and log in tonight to find my name has changed from BOOTYSTOMPER to YEGOBOR! WTF?? Has anyone else had this happen to them?? I've had my IGN for over a year and never seen anything like this occur!

Someone must have reported your name as "inappropriate." If and when it happens and STS changes it, you get no warning. (You don't get a free rename either.)
To be honest, I have seen worse names in-game and on forums.
