60 Locked Grand Crate of The Watch and no Hammerjaw !
i just bought and opened 60 Locked Grand Crate of The Watch and no Hammerjaw pet inside them so ....it is Fake and a lie there is no pet inside the crate . they just want to take your money and plat . if you think that i will buy more plat from you then you are mistaken cuz im out of this game .

It's like all the other drops - sometimes you are lucky, sometimes you aren't.
And it is real BTW, I've seen some at auction, and there are threads where people are offering them for sale.

Should of just opend 2-3 and waited a day then tried again. These chests and this type of thing are just one of those things that you can get carried away with to get what you want. Each crate has the same chance, opening more crates doesn't increase the chance. if it happens it happens , pretty sure the crates work on a roll (or 3 rolls) with a loot table. unless you get the right roll its never coming out for you.
There is always a chance they decide to make an adjustment to the drop rate by adding more roll chances to the loot table, but on day 1 they are always really tight with drops, or they screw up and it comes all the time. Either way 3 tries a day is enough in my opinion.

PPl been using 100+ plats and still nothing. Maybe we should add STS to the scam list...
I also used all my plats and nothing, not even a Pink that could sell for anything.....

Going back to Sub based games again i my solution.
Locked crates are a gamble. For you to add sts to your "scam list" would only be because you didn't get what you wanted. I think that's why a lot of people are mad, because they don't realize that when sts says its exceedingly rare, they mean it. So it's not their fault for you having extremely high hopes to getting it in your 5th unlock or whatever you where expecting.

Yes the pet is arcane but the stats isn't ... I just hope they next arcane pet with its rarity will have like godlike stats!!!
Wow, i feel your pain bud (well a third of it actually). For 50$ worth of plat, you should have gotten it. Yea it's a gamble pack, but this isn't vegas, the only reason these gambles exist is because STS found a loophole in the system by "rewarding" you with gear (whether it be decent useable gear [watch gear] or random crap.)
Frankly if i were you, i would email support (although they'll probly give you a robot response that they can't help you.) because 50 bucks isn't something to sneeze over.

you forgot the fact that i bought all the 60 Crates . well they are frauds for sure .
I wouldn't say they're frauds, it's in the crates, you just got miserably unlucky. Best thing I can suggest is take a minute to calm down, and shoot them an email.

I've opened 70 chests and no pet... done buying plat...
38crate and none. Spending plat more wisely from now on.
KillaSkillz has the right idea here, no point opening all in one go. Just every few days open 1/3 and hope you get lucky. Mass buy seems to be a waste even if this worked previously for others with other chests.

Chest opened = 0 (14 Plat ftw haha)
Release is usually the worst time to try, a few days and..
A. They messed up the rarity, and "tweak" it, "under the radar".
B. Have it super low first few days, and raise slightly after weekend, just so it keeps the hype running.
C. Arcane rarity, is really that rare!

and the CASINO always WINS!!! Atleast they were able to find a use for those rotten crates last week, and pull this arcane pet right after we get the mystic pet. Smart MOVES!!!
Yep I opened mine in 3goes at it.
Wait, who is making people buy and open all these crates? Well, I'm glad I missed that imperative. I've yet to spend all my plat and yet to buy a ton of crates. I'll stick to dropping them (free) and opening them when/if I want to, or just saving them.

Hammerjaw can be obtained from the Locked Grand Crate of the Watch. However, as others have mentioned, he is very rare. We went out of our way to convey that by placing him in a new, highest rarity category: Arcane. There are a few out there that have been found and the item is in game.
I'm sorry to hear you didn't find him in the Crates that you opened. Our hope is that the Crates also have some value by themselves for you. They guarantee that you obtain a Legendary and 2 Epics for your level. The Legendary Sword 'n Shield, Bow and Rifle are the best currently available in game for those items. The Armor sets have 2 unique looks as well. Hammerjaw is akin to rare trading card game cards, or rare Baseball cards. You might open 100 packs and never get one of those rares - and some lucky guy will get the ultra rare on their first pack. That is how random rolls.
I'm not sure that will help you feel better about your luck, but it is what it is.
The team does have plans to introduce additional Mythic and Arcane rarity items to the world (as random or boss drops) in the future. However, keep in mind that, like Hammerjaw, you should expect that those items will be exceedingly rare. You won't walk into town and see everyone with them - that would be common. True rarity means there are only very few to be found.

I'll say what STS doesn't want to say. THIS PET ISN'T FOR EVERYONE. IF YOU'RE NOT COMFORTABLE SPENDING A HEFTY CHUNK OF CHANGE!!! STAY AWAY!!! If you are going to try for it. Live with it. Or swallow your pride and email support and beg them to give it to you. Complaining to the forums does no good for anyone.

AL: Rare (Rogue)/Common (Warrior)/Mythic (Sorcerer)
Seems a little like the dragon pet pack in pl where people spent a ton of plat to get mitas (the
golden dragon). Each pack cost hundreds of plat and some people had to buy the pack multiple
times (sometimes over ten) to get mitas. Obviously some unhappy people who spent hundreds
and in some cases thousands of plat to get mitas. To complicate issues further it appears that
some people got refunded their plat when they complained and others didn't.
Either way. Not happy with the current trend of requiring you to spend a lot of plat (for the last two
shark pets) to stay on the overall leaderboards.
