Watchmans ring of warfare dude. Personally I go dmg so I use those with a purple warfare amulet. Can be tricky to find em though.

I *think* the best 10 rogue setup (w/ daggers) is:

villainous blades of brutality - 46.4 dps, 8 str, 15 dex
villainous watch hat of tactics - 14 dex, 4 int, .99% crit, 108 armor (lvl 9, if there is a lvl 10 available I want it)
villainous watch vest of force - 4 str, 15 dex, 1.06% crit, 199 armor
watchman's ring of warfare - 14 dex, 1.8 dmg, 15 armor
gold chain of warfare - 9 dex, 1.2 dmg, 10 armor

which gives (w/ full dex) 146 dex, 61.7 dmg, 92.5 dps, 332 armor, 767 hp

There may be better out there but after a week or so of checking every day i haven't been able to improve. Anyone?
