Platinum waste

Problem:
I have been noticing a problem which has become increasingly worse over time... I am not one to buy platinum often, so I get all my plat from offers, which I don't get much from. (So I try to spend my plat wisely) I had 5 plat left over from an offer and I wasted 3 of it on revives and 2 on accidentally rushing Shazbot reward, so I have none. This isn't the only time I have lost plat like that, and I'm sure many other people are noticing the same thing.

Resolution:
Could you devs put a popup on anything that is purchased by platinum?
Example: *i click on free revive. A popup pops up and says something like: "are u sure u wish to spend one platinum on a revive?" I click no and it saves me a platinum.. by doing this, over time we won't lose our hard-earned platinum to something we don't even want!*

The lack of a purchase confirmation button has made me lose plat and story tokens.. Whats interesting is that there is one in the CS

I agree it keeps from losing gold but no protection from story and plat (have had only one incident with story tokens)

It's not exactly careless when it lags 24/7 on AL, I have done it too with plat (trying to open chests and locked crates open) and also buying useless mana potions for 25 hauntlet tokens each.
I agree there SHOULD be some confirmation to it.

I do not agree so much with this... Every time we die is it necessary that we CAREFULLY click the respawn button? I don't think so... Say you are almost out of reroll elixir while farming something that u need badly. The boss kills u... Would u slowly click the respawn button and waste precious seconds of your elixir? Or would u hurried click respawn to get back to the level and get to the end before the boss dies? People who r used to pvp will automatically go for the middle respawn as they would in pvp... This wastes hard earned plat and cannot be easily replaced by those who do not purchase platinum often... I hope u see my point; thx for considering your opinion though

Are you saying its ok to screw careless people?

I've lost plat multiple times because of lag.

Yeah its stuff like this that get me tired of these games. We pay a lot of money for plat yet we cqn't even get a dam confirmation button?! Pfft. Smh.

Put in a support ticket for a refund as soon as it happens.
That's what I would do.

If nobody asks for a refund and people keep spending money/plat/tokens on something that was an accident, do you think STS is actually going to change anything?

You guys need to give them the motivation to change it.

If they get to the point where perhaps too many people are asking for a refund, maybe they'll finally change it.

I knew I should have ticketed them about my 50 story tokens spent on 25 mana pots xD

I sent in a ticket about my wasted story tokens, and they said that my request could not be completed at this time.

Ur saying that EVERY TIME we waste plat or tokenz we should fill out support ticket... As often as it happenz, I'd get SOOO bored that I wouldn't even bother! They don't alwayz grant ur request and u have to wait a few days for a response, even if they don't grant ur ticket!

I AM SO MAD RIGHT NOW IT JUST DID IT AGAIN I AM SAVING UP PLAT FOR THE FOUNDERS VANITY AND I WAS SO CLOSE I HAD 13!!! I WENT TO ANOTHER APP (was an offer app) AND GOT BACK IN AND I HAD DIED AND IT BOUGHT ME A REVENGE!!! WHICH I DIDNT EVEN USE CUZ WHEN I GOT BACK IN IT TOOK ME TOTHE CONTACTING SERVER SCREEN!!! DEVS PLZ READ THIS I REALLY WANT BACK MY PLAT AND PLZ ADD A CONFIRM BUTTON!!!

I have lost a few plats clicking the wrong revives too. Honestly, plat revives are useless and should be removed altogether. Unless you have like daily dungeon and limited daily free revives.

I've used the plat revive once or twice (on purpose), mainly when it's one of the maps that it's a long run with lots of mobs that would squish me if I tried to run back solo... normally a lag thing because I'm pretty good at pot spam tanking. The 5 point one... that's just bad.

Ikr I don't have unlimited plat either I can only do limited offers cuz I'm not spending money and not signing up for so,e insurance thing just for plat so it's hard for me to get plat

spending it on a revenge revive THAT I WASN'T EVEN ABLE TO USE PRACTICALLY KILLED ME!!! -.-
