Requirements for Perception!

• Lv 10-17
• Must have positive kdr (will make exceptions)
• Must have good reputation!
• Doesnt rush everyone in sight!
• Dont boost... its not cool

Requirements for officer position!!!!

• All of the above
• Considerite
• Responsible (when needed)
• Long time player or pvper
• Must get enough votes for the position

Didnt know degraded did 10-17. Gl with this one. The difference in skill at low level is too great to have a lot of good players in one guild. Most just realize that they do fine on their own because most people at low level are bad. I guess you could look for people without a huge ego, but gl.

er, i think most good players are in other good guilds, its kinda hard to get pros from now, u should of done it earlier
