The only reason I can think of is that you have not added all your skill points. Check that and see if it says you can add more points.

There has been a bug like this before I believe....But please post a screenshot of your skill points if you know how.
You are level 20, so should have an additional 95 attribute points to distribute. Looking at you stats you obviously haven't used them. Go to your avatar screen and press the little "+" button next to the attribute you wish to increase.
He just said it's all in use.
Though he could be wrong..

Seer when you lvl again without using your attribute points the previous points go away...

To spend your points, go to the avatar tab of the status screens, and tap on the stat to increase it.
Your points don't go away if you don't spend them - we don't even store your remaining points, it's just the difference between how many a character of your level gets and how many you have allocated to particular stats.
