I made a new fox and made it to 76 and i went to get the elite costume quest and it wasn't there anyone know why it wasn't?

It's there for me ( I have the exact situation).
Did you physically equip the eye shield? If I remember you have to do that, just like to do the other elite quest you have to equip the costume or it acts like there's no quest. I'll double check in a few..

You have to do i believe 11 BSM quests. Same happened to me someone said you have to do all so i proceeded to do them and then wala it showed when searching for another quest from guy by portal in lost valley all the way at the exit end of the map.

It's 14/22 quests, not 11.
