Probably a tell from someone who was trying to scam you. I would report them and then put them on Mute/Ignore.

and just tell me to go to spacetime to receive it
Also iask a lot of people and no one receive that style of anounce
if its a scam style message then its serius cause its strange,i guess only spacetime can sent announces

It is a charname Announcement and he spams indeed u recieve 10 plat, tot do so he gives a fake spacetime adres with the extension /TK. Dont fall for it u will loose everything. Follow Sams instructions.
