Wow, is i really that hard ?

Ok, so I KNOW I'm not the only person with this problem because I've talked to about 20+ people in game with it. WHY ARENT ELITE BOSSES SPAWNING!?!?!?!?! Do you know how many elite areas I've run through time after time to have no boss spawn but Jarl. They need to get rid of this crap about having to kill a "spawn" monster to get these bosses up. If you go in the instance every boss should auto populate, because I'm VERY TIRED of wasting potions and time to run to a boss and it not be there EVER. Like Thunk for instance is there 1% of the time. And Mother and all those never spawn on elite maps and even in reg maps if I do a boss run they wont spawn for like 5min after I get there and I go back and kill all the guys I ran past. CTFO! Fix this! Yes, this is a RAGE post.
