Respawning WITH the Flag?

so i was playing a few mins ago and i was in the area of the enemy flag in a fight so i tryed to not grab the flag to save some health and RIGHT when i died i had accidently fell on the flag. When i Respawned, I respawned with the flag and was able to capture it super fast lol...

anyone else do this before?

I've died with the flag at a respawn point and picked it up for a capture. If neither team touches the flag it will remain where it was dropped. Hope I answered your question.

lol that ant respawning WITH the flag thats respawning and getting a flag that was left where u spawn. I actually fell ON the flag that i was going for before a battle happened and was killed and hit the flag and when i respawned i had the flag from falling on it

It's because of lag, probably.

Not a big deal.. maybe happened due to lag or some sort of bug.. doubt it will turn into some sort of exploit.
