Harlem Shake is a new youtube trend (like planking, owling and other stoopid things). The basic scenario is that there is some music and some guys are dancing regularly and when the beat drops, crazy stuff happens.

Music and dancing -> beat drops -> something changes in the dance (Some guys become spidermen as an example). Weird stuff.
