no power point?

My characters name is Beezlebubb, I just literally lvled up to 25about less than 10mins ago. I didnt receive a power point?
If someone can help I would appreciate it . Ty

You dont get a power point at every level, can't remember where exactly you get them
At level 31 you will have 17.

Oooh LOL I didnt realize.. lvl 31 you get 17 of them?
I also had another question... is there a technique or something to get a legendary or a relic in hargs or is it like every other map?

You dont get 17, the total you will have to spend is 17 at the highest level, not 17 new ones.
The items you get is just based on chance, I believe 5% for Legendary and .3 or something on the relic.
You can find the chances by clicking on the items before you actually enter the map, where you can choose to go solo or multiplayer.

Yea I kinda assumed it was the same I was just curious.. and breaking the stones have no purpose except more health by them dropping hearts correct?

yes, correct. Although I believe that Harg also is weakened by them braking, but not sure about that. I am sure someone can post that answer here though.

From doing it over and over I realized I think they delay him healing and activating his sheild so often ... not 100 percent positive

Yup the different stones in hargs weaken harg in unique ways(i think its: his, damage in take, his hp regen, his speed, and his attacks that r weakened ) . Also, i think u gain a small buff from destroying stones but in not 100% sure about the buff.

Why does everyone say there are 17 power points for skills? All my level 31s have 16 points. Am i missing a point? How do i get the 17th point?

Note: You get a point at approximately every other level. I made a list of the levels that give a point, but i'm at work and my list is at home.

Oh, maybe I counted wrong, and there are only 16, that would explain why I seem to think I have one left after I think of how I used them, lol.

Same for me, think some1 made a mistake counting the points. My lvl 31 has also 16 points

For the stones thing, don't think of it as a debuff, think of it as a buff removal. Harg is tough, and his stone buffs make him tougher. He still regens normally, but when the stone is up, he regens like crazy. Armor stone, speed stone, and attack stone all same idea. Technically, you could think of this as "weakening" him, but it's more like normalizing him. Just my two cents. Ign Notasparkly
