    Question to Devs: Why did the Sorcerers stun get nerfed, and other classes didn't?

    I'm not talking about owning or pwning, and I'm not talking about pets. I'm talking about survivability from base skills or weapon capabilities.

    So we're not supposed to be able to kill warriors, just like a mouse can't kill an elephant -- but surely we should be able to run and hide like the mouse.

    Count two seconds for the invulnerability to wear off... and the 45% damage reduction does not last very long for a sorcerer with +2500hp -- it definitely does not last 15 secs due to the cumulative damage received. That's two shots from a rogue or one windmill crit from a warrior, and the damage is over the 500hp treshold (1125 dmg at 45% reduction) and say goodbye to the shield. Needless to say, when the shield is gone, the sorcerer has already taken damage.

    Also from observation, multiple warriors/rogue seem to be able to stun lock (i.e. their stuns accumulates over time, having that feeling that a stun lasts forever, until you're dead), whereas multiple sorcerers shooting fireball does not.

    while I'm at it, should I re-mention about the damage range, and throw axe around corners....? :-/

    this has been pointed out and prolly maybe perhaps heard by the devs.
    lets just wait and see what they'll give us(mages) for the upcoming pvp class update next week.

    Before pets were introduced, the art of stunning was a skill and those who mastered it owned.
    Now, some pets can perma stun which really takes no skills and is such a random & annoying variable during fights.

    I suggest you look into the stun rates on some pets (clyde, hammer, rip, etc) and adjust them accordingly for pvp.

    Agreed, but clyde does not have 100% stun rate. George does however.. Nonetheless being able to stun 5 seconds straight is enough time to kill players. Should be looked at, agreed

    All I can say for certain is my kill death ratio has suffered despite numerous respec's and as a player I feel significantly discouraged. - I may not have a snazzy rogue, or a beastly Sorcerer, but I do know that my quality of play and enjoyment has been vastly decreased. I played warriors before and after "the glitch" and I still cant find a template that can keep up as effectively as before this patch at any time! I hope I find a template soon before this game becomes just another MMO on the list of MMO's I've shelved because they want to "balance" warriors.

    i suggest letting us have root for timeshift or making lightning stun effect to be cast uncharge.
    i played my mage fairly to compete with other class but without stun all we can do is support.

    i know you guys are working hard on giving us a GG but mages need more:/

    stunning is also a way of support not just healing and giving out mana.



    lightning stun cast as uncharge
    give us timeshift root effect.

    how can they stun crazy with the immunity they gave?

    timeshift needs to be charge and might fall randomly.
    lightning stun is only 20% chance which is barely there.

    they killed sorc stunlock for they saw it as unplayable strategy for other team. and made sorc just for healing/mana.

    if u r right why ppl still playing rogue? as warrior can deal the simular dmg by skyward smah and windmill. rogue would b the weakest class in AL.

    bear in PL was terrible in PVP unless it was a duel spec bear with dex bow... Mages destroyed everybody in PL .. BIrds were second, and bears were last... in SL, engineers were weak as hell in PVP, agreed iwth you there, but cammondo was only second best..I still feel in AL rouge is best by far... they can kill 1 vs 1, and can speed kill in groups..

    Now its even harder for mages to get away. as more warriors using axe throw. also STS seems promote mages to use time shift more. but the skill is flawed. skyward smash and piecer can jump out of it. and skyward can jump overit when timingis right. and also warrior dont need go near it. they just use axe to drag u through it from the other side. its not that useful in pvp unless with the root. not mention it really hard to place it at where u want. it is the skill i still trying to master. as free respec finish at monday maybe i just go back touse freeze.

    Does the axe through debuff reduce armor? or the new VB . i feel dies much quicker when drag in by warrior even with the shield on.
