Skill upgrade - help needed

Ive made a rogue (no intent for pvp) and the skills atm are
- AS 1/5
- Nox 1/5
- Razor 1/5
- Veil 1/5
- Passive dex 2/5

Here is what I got planned for when I lvl up to 21
- AS 5/5
- Nox 4/5 (except strengthened shot)
- Razor 3/5 (?)
- Veil 3/5 (?)
- Passive dex 5/5

Please give suggestions on which 2 upgrades to take for Razor and Veil. Also leave comments if you think more points need to be added to Razor and Veil. Thank you!

For razor I like having it last longer and give dodge boost

I have smoke veil maxed. It just seemed like everything was useful for it (except the exploding maybe).

Veil could be 2/5 with damage buff upgrade , then razor could be added with bleed effect upgrade.

For the armor buff in veil upgrade, it is useful for solo elite or doing elite with party in case.

For example, Veil for demonlord in elite towner




Some may think why I not make veil last longer by adding 3sec upgrade?

For me, rouge just need few sec to kill everything in veil and 20% armor buff would surely better adding 3 sec.
