Hey guys, did any of you sign up as a first time user, deposited $50 and have yet to receive any platinum? It's been 2 days since I did this and still nothing. Contacted sts but no reply. Feels like a scam

I don't think that sts has anything to do with this. Contact tapjoy or trialplay or wherever you got the plat from, and let them know what happened. Normally they respond fast, but they might take up to 1-2 weeks. Hope I helped! Good luck!

Restarting didn't help. I've contacted W3i but no response.

Quick update. Contacted W3i about the issue with my IMEI in the email and my platinum has been credited. Definitely playing this game for a long time to come
