Flying pets frozen in place

Flying pets no longer fly in circles around their owners, although ground pets (i.e. spiders, cousin moze, etc.) still circle around their owners.

Not inactive, they still flap their wings and spin around and stuff but they just don't circle around the owner anymore

They still do. If u look at the dragon pets in blacksmoke towne for a while, they fly in circles
