Hauntlet runs are best xp/hour in my opinion. Get the cannon quest, run the hauntlet, teleport out and then use the quest log to teleport back in via the cannon quest. W/ xp elixir you get 125-150 xp per run, 2.5 minutes per run (w/ turnaround factored in) -- that's 3k/hour. WT4 was nerfed a little, don't get as much xp as you used to. New maps give decent xp but you're running around too much.
