So i haven't realized this problem since I'm mostly twink at lvl 10 or have my main alrdy but any where from 6-16 its really hard to find other people to xp with

Ye at WT4 people only invite you when your 20 / 21 +
Try doing some normal maps to get higher lvl. Play with randoms etc
try Kraag tombs? You can go in portal and get a random team
if you have good twink lv 10 gear, lv10-lv15 go wtb1-3,solo fast enough, if have group then do wtb4 after lv15, if dont have, solo wtb3 till 20, after 20 easy to find pp party in wtb4
