In my opinion, Harlem Shake is a bunch of people making complete FOOLS of them selves. Especially the ones who just flail around with no shirts and stuff. There was only one decent and good Harlem shake I found. They didnt flail like fishs out of water.

There's no need to hate it, maybe some on the 'harlem shake' vid are inapropriate or disturbing. But try to think on this way, its the sign that kids, youth, teens now these days are being creative by earning popularity on the media, maybe cash, and some benefits easily. It shows how we can be creative and influence the world.

They could've at least chosen a better song because when I heard this, I was seriously questioning the music media.

They're as much social dances as square-dancing is in the south. It's a social type of dance.

While I don't particularly like watching the Harlem Shake videos or the dance itself, doesn't mean I won't do it. After all, they pull that one out on colleges and it's just a handful of opportunities to meet cute girls.
