    Not good at all IMO...

Only benefit I could think of is one with a wand that has a nightmare proc and then using hellscream to combo.

Actually, Int bears are pretty good. They can set up their own combos, high mana, and with the right build it'll be pretty solid. It isn't exactly a pvp class, but it's pretty nice in pve especially with a ra staff. They are fun to play as well. I would say they are, IMO, the best int spec/class. I personally don't like pure mages since they're so fragile, and int birds aren't much compared to a pure dex bird. I enjoy playing my int bear. They stay alive fairly well.

As for comparing them to tanks, they won't have the durability, but they will be ranged, also, like I said, they can set up their own combos. I don't think you can compare anything to a tank due to their toughness and durability, but int bears are a fun class, and with a djinn wand or dark matter, they're pretty good.

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to create one soon, just wondering, does the new stat driven skill conversion make int bears weaker? And, do I add all int? A skill guide would be nice too

Depending on what gear your going to equip, 142 int, only as much dex that gets u to 100% hit, rest in str.
Or you could always go with 138 int, equiped with either a Thoth hat or bracer (both items only need 138 int to equip and any Thoth item will add 8int, giving you a total of 146int and leaving you with 4 points to spend in str or dex), only enogh dex for 100% hit and rest in str.
As for skills, max all ur self buffs (ironblood, rage, evade), max hellscream, max crushingblow for debuff, and max any 2 slashes, you can either max stomp and have 4 in bekon, or vice versa, it's your call. Best gear setup IMO is one Thoth hat, djinn wand of Isis (nightmare proc) Isis eye bracer and Isis robe.

for level 45 or for a lower level? for pvp or pve?
for 45, int bears aren't that great for both pvp and pve. however, for lower levels like 19 they are fantastic. they are also considered the best for level 19 pvp.

for 45, and int bear with apep sun killer is amazing in pve.
pull mob, use debuffs, use xrippling slash, do gigantic aoe damage to nearly 10 different djinns at once, stomp
    rinse and repeat.

If taken into consideration that the mobs would be pack, then yes int bear rocksocks with aoe staffs as their slashes would deal to all the mobs? Correct me if I'm wrong

But alittle neither here nor there feeling is that bear skills are perfect for close combat while being int reckons more of a range feeling

I am not sure about pvp but I think int bear grows as the new 50lvl pinks!!

Look at the regen, you have no mp regen but around 160-170 armor if you are in full set of rifts.
In full set of cosmos, you will have 12h/s and 32h/s but only around 110-120 armor, and if you use one iris eye, you got 15h/s and 24m/s..

I don't know, tanks now are much more ridiculous, high damages and terrible armors....................
