Yes ...so far I know..maul drops from elite golden warchest.staff from puzzlebox.hooks from pirate chest.

There is something close to <5% of looting a mythic from Locked crates, and <1% chance of looting an arcane from Locked. I believe that the drop rates from Elite Goldens are lower, or equal to Locked crate drops. Just be sure that the drops Elite Goldens are absolutely better then the drops from normal goldens

Someone did but it's not gonna come out in a few creates, took him a week to get a mythic and he was farming alot.
