Nope. There is a bunch of other gear. I don't remember the names off hand. But they look like the founders vanities for warrior and rogue in the store, just different colors.

I think that one is rouges. There was also a different name for almost every lvl of it.

There are multiple sets that came from founders chests
The heraldic and forerunner sets were not part of them.
I believe there were the our four for each class. I'll have to look them up in my stash.
Off the top of my head:
Warrior: crusader, glorious, holy warrior
Rogue: fallen, archer, betrayers
Sorcerer: theurgist, ironsilk, illusion,

You are correct about the names of the sets, there are 3 pairs of names for each classes founders gear, but there are only 2 color schemes per class not 4.
