Best build for elite maps?

What's the best build for elite maps? I'm doing elite seas and I have lightning shield fireball and heal. I thought of replacing lightning and shield for ice and clock. Any suggestions? Since I still get 2hitted with shield on. Might as well dropped shield for another aoe. Any advices on passives as well?
