with this build i can go all taunt if it calls for it, (i think cs staggering blow is a must on bosses) also switch out for damage on easier mobs..

for the pitsword... really enjoying it.. its proc is familiar to vengeful bloods proc imo

edite:: this build really shreds on elite windmoore harbor.. all ever play cause flintlocks are worth it for the time consumed.
sure its beast on other maps. like said, this build you can map how you like. its pretty useful ..for tanking and dmg that is (::

I find more survivability when I removed windmill and replace with Vengence. The mana and health replaced by Vengence helps reduce pot usage while I'm waiting for HOR to cooldown.
how would u use it for ..?
- pvp
- pve mobs
- pve boss
i tried jugg but 45 sec cd felt like ridiculous .. do u really find it better than current vb?

its like this, jug'horn'wind'hammer for the small trash mobs,
on more difficult levels you may need too
jug'horn'wind'chestsplitter with plus 1 strike and interrupt windups.
also for bosses like wondmoore harbor .. lol
i use jug'horn'chest'hammer
cause... when u throw out windmill, you have to wait to use other skills and sometimes there isnt anytime for that,
these bosses arcanes are deadly to our teamates. i never die, i spam pots heavy.. still more heath than mana.. so its not bad. mana is cheap ye..
anyways this is my tank view, on PVE
what are you guys useing for PVE?
edit:: again.. im trying to go full aggro, still hard, but can be achievable i believe if you rotate correctly

For PVE, I'm using SS, HOR, Veng, Juggernuat. Need all those buffs since I got lame equips
what ever works for the individual you know (:
your build is mostly support, which is great. (ill get mana from your venge)
we get some rouges with arcane and mythic, will sweep the map
Ya, I get mana from Veng and SS so I don't have to use a mana pet. I rarely have to mana pot also. The SS is also good for tanking due to the Stun. This build works for me for now.
i had set my mind on wm-ss-vb-hor with 800-900 mana coming from my gear (unbuffed w/o pets).
now after the feeble update, i am using SS in stead of CS
