Best LvL16 Rogue PVP skilling after patch

So after the patch i am wondering what skilling would be the best for a lvl 16 Rogue in PVP?
I heard some rumors that there is a new way of playing the rogue wich would be "The Kite Rogue" by balancing dex and int and skilling trap etc...
does this version work for lvl 16 too?
or is it still best to go full dex and max aim shot, 3 nox bolt, 1 shadow piercer, 2 combat medic and full passive dex for lvl 16 rogue pvp?
