Therefore

Reroll Percentage (1/100): 7%



I will be doing more experiments in other places to confirm or unconfirm this.

I did a experiment with bigger luck and it came out as 18%

A dev has only confirmed that the Big luck 2011 was 12%

Someone said somewhere (I forget where) that they heard some dev say that Big Luck and Big Luck 2013 were the same. I still don't know though.

"I believe the luck value is the same." - Is still a bit non definitive. Kinda like how we only know bigger luck has a "slightly" higher value than big luck is a little vague.
