Yep that's two silver chests and one golden chest all in one spot
The trick is to get to the end of the Gold Mine, dismiss your pet then just sit and don't kill Ghul Bellybottom yet but wait for Staab, Krax Wildstorm and Thunk One-Eye to turn up and kill those as they appear or wait until all four on screen and then go on a killing spree. You might need a health rejuvination skill if your armour isn't that great or hit Ghul a few times to get some health drops so you don't have to use any health potions while you get bashed by Ghul waiting for the others to turn up.
