I just looked at another thread and asked around a bit inside game. Apparently alphablock is d12 and he lost to timetells in a 1v1. As for yoonax being best 11, what about fartbrain? I'm still new to this but I asked kawa about time being fake and he/she said he was real.
There are no best players. You might be good at PvP but you will always lose to someone.

It really is a popularity contest based on how important you find each trait in a PvPer. Honor, skill, teamwork and much much more determine who is best, but its up to you to decide which is most important. IMO D12 was best level 12. He wouldnt back down from a 1v1 with a 17 even when they used IB. Countless lvl 15 bears owe him gold from dueling him and getting hustled. He is the best, even if he isnt around.
