Possibility of a new market for weapons?

Hey guys, so with Ao3 coming out and 45 gear prices dropping, along with the rumored huge exp needed to get to level 50, i was wondering if possible weapons such as level 47-49 could actually generate demand? I mean with how hard it is to get to 50.

Yeah, probably, if the XP increases exponentially then people will start to slow down at 46, by 48 it will be a crawl compared to what it used to be. A lot of the casual players will be in the middle for a while. As such, the market will probably have demand for a steady suppy of 47-49 weapons, which will probably outweigh demand for 50 weapons for a few weeks. Only the hardcore players will get to 50 in the first week, and the rest of us will be slowly plugging at it.

There is a sort of a hint though in the video that XP required to reach new levels (which previously only went up slightly from one level to the next), may be dramatically increased for AO3. It may not be the case, but the video seems to imply a huge increase in XP by level 50 (like 4 times as much as level 45), so it may increase to about 2-4 hours per level even with elixers (if your numbers are correct). why are ppl making assumptions that the non pink lvl46/47/48/49 weapons will overpower the lvl 45 pink weapons?

Sorry I meant pink, if ever they will exist. If they don't I suspect a small increase in 45 prices again? lol

Lol yea, with life and homework :/ its going to take around a month probably to get all 4 characters to lv50 and fully equipped. Just imagine, the day I finish with lv50, lv55 will come out . Perfect.
