Best way to play ranger?

I know alot of you will say "it depends on how you play"... Well I'm very adaptable and want to have the optimal build for fox, since he looks so cool.

From what I've heard the best is to main dex with min strength for best armor, if this is true, is this a decent class or is still majorly underpowered?

this is how you should build your ranger, put mostly dex and put in some str and intel. Hope this helps. btw use dual wields
