How do I upload a pic form my tablet!?

I can't seem to do it! I clicked on insert pic from my iPad but doesn't give me the option...
Determined cuz I recently acquired this armor that I HAVNT seen anybody else have and wanted to know if it was rare or worth anything.

I then proceed to email this screenshot to myself, then open It on my computer. I tried both inserting the pic, I selelected it and pressed upload but still nothing happend. I did the same for uploading a file...

HELP ME PLEASE
